1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and jlmate ("jlmate", "We", "Us", "Our", "Platform"), governing your access to and use of the jlmate online casino and sports betting platform located at https://jlmate.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

2.2 Account Registration

To access certain features of the jlmate Services, you must register for an account. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each user is permitted only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using different identities, is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, and confiscate all balances without prior notice.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be liable for all transactions and wagers placed using your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify jlmate customer support. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

3. Use of Services

3.1 License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, jlmate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Use the Services for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party;
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software;

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jlmate accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), InstaPay, PesoNet, and authorized payment processors. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Pesos (₱100). All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

Deposits are typically credited to your jlmate account instantly. In the event of a delay, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number. jlmate is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your jlmate account are legally obtained and belong to you. jlmate reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) checks at any time.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made via the same payment method used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Pesos (₱200). There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, but daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply based on your account verification level.

Before processing your first withdrawal, jlmate requires identity verification. You must submit a valid government-issued ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie holding your ID. Verification typically takes 1–24 hours during business hours.

Approved withdrawals are processed within 10–15 minutes for GCash and Maya, 1–3 business days for bank transfers. jlmate reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for large withdrawals or suspicious activity, which may extend processing time.

Withdrawal requests may be declined if: (a) you have not completed KYC verification; (b) you have active bonus wagering requirements; (c) there is suspected fraudulent activity; or (d) you have violated these Terms.

4.3 Payment Processing Fees

jlmate does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

jlmate offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards ("Bonuses") to players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. By accepting a Bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

jlmate operates a strict anti-bonus-abuse policy. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times;
• Using betting patterns designed solely to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash;
• Colluding with other players to exploit Bonus terms;
• Using automated systems or strategies to complete wagering requirements;
• Claiming Bonuses in bad faith or contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

If jlmate determines that you have engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to: (a) void all Bonuses and associated winnings; (b) deduct the bonus amount from your account balance; (c) suspend or terminate your account; and (d) report your activity to relevant authorities.

5.3 Modification and Cancellation

jlmate reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude certain players from receiving Bonuses at our sole discretion.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes

All casino games on the jlmate platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to ensure fair and random outcomes. The RNG is regularly tested and audited by independent third-party testing agencies, including Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) and eCOGRA.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Suspension by jlmate

jlmate reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• You fail to provide requested verification documents;
• Your account shows patterns of suspicious activity;
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority;
• We determine, in our sole discretion, that continuing to provide Services to you is not in our best interest.

In the event of account suspension, your access to the Services will be restricted, and you will be unable to place bets or request withdrawals until the issue is resolved.

7.2 Termination by User

You may close your jlmate account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds within thirty (30) days. After this period, any unclaimed funds may be subject to administrative fees or forfeiture in accordance with Philippine law.

Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jlmate and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

jlmate's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to jlmate in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or One Thousand Pesos (₱1,000), whichever is greater.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jlmate makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jlmate and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity;
• Your breach of any representation or warranty made herein.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and jlmate, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter as follows:

1. Submit a formal complaint in writing to jlmate management;
2. If unresolved, refer the dispute to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for mediation, as PAGCOR is the regulatory authority overseeing licensed gaming operators in the Philippines;
3. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration or litigation in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12.3 Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Amendments

jlmate reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the jlmate website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

13.3 Waiver

13.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jlmate regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

13.6 Language

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version shall prevail.
